SPREADPLAN

All courses have to work within budgets. SPREADPLAN is a great scheme to provide long-term course planning guidance. The cost is spread into monthly payments over a three year contract.  At the end of the contract the client can chose whether to renew the agreement.  This avoids large up-front fees and sits better with many clients' cash flow plans.

A1 sized drawings of the existing course and one showing any golf course refurbishments combine with a full course report. This includes recommendations, photographs of each hole and any new tee positions or re-routing and an aerial plan. The report includes photo montages of up to three holes (See Golf Course Renovations) to show how some of the major renovations will look once complete.  Annually, SPREADPLAN includes four days on-site working with your greenstaff to effect the works required. 

Sparks and Myers work mostly in England but have also worked in Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, China, America, Portugal, Croatia, Sweden, Czech Republic and Germany.
